This release responds directly to the shift we wrote about last week: regulators expecting real-time, structured decision records rather than periodic summaries. It also consolidates several governance tools shipped over the past few months into a single dashboard.
Regulatory Audit Export
Building on the Compliance Audit Trail from June, this release adds a standardized export format aligned with the structure emerging across several regulatorsโ guidance โ input, policy version, reasoning summary, and outcome โ so Enterprise customers can produce a compliant record on request without custom engineering work per regulator or per request. The export format was developed in direct consultation with several of our regulated-industry customersโ own compliance teams.
Agent Governance 2.0
The Escalation Matrix editor, the Simulation Sandbox, the Compliance Audit Trail, and the Cost Dashboard have, until now, lived as separate tools. Agent Governance 2.0 brings all four into a single dashboard view:

Voice Channel now supports real-time transcription export in the same standardized format as the Regulatory Audit Export, for customers whose voice compliance requirements mirror their chat requirements โ closing a gap that had required voice and chat compliance records to be handled through separate processes until now.
